Cancellation Policy
Because we hold your charter just for you and don't offer it to anyone else, if you don’t show up for your charter or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, regardless of the reason, the credit card you provided at the time of booking will be charged for the full cost of your charter.
To cancel, please call, email or text Robin and she'll reply to confirm. However, if WE cancel your charter due to high winds, bad weather or for any other reason you will not be charged for the cost of the charter.
